This year's Mobile Legends Mid-Season Cup, aka MSC 2024, has undergone a metamorphosis for 2024, replacing the old MLBB Southeast Asia Cup format. Save the date, as the MSC officially kicks off on June 28, 2024, and concludes with the epic Grand Final on July 14.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang has joined the Esports World Cup 21-strong game lineup, as this year's MSC takes place outside Southeast Asia for the first time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Twenty-three elite teams from professional MPL tournaments will clash on the international stage. From powerhouse squads from established tournaments in MPL Philippines to dark horses from MPL LATAM and MENA, the competition is fierce.

Twenty-three of the best teams from professional MPL tournaments across the globe will participate, from big names like MPL Philippines and MPL Malaysia to underdogs like MPL LATAM and MENA. With a staggering $3 million prize pool—the largest prize pool in MLBB history—this tournament promises to be a spectacle like no other!

The MLBB Mid-Season Cup 2024 has three exciting stages outlined below:

Wild Card Stage: June 28 - 30

  • Eight Wild Card teams are drawn into two groups (A and B).
  • Matches are Bo1 in a single round-robin format.
  • One team from each group advances to the Decider Stage.
  • The Decider Stage is Bo5, with the winner advancing to the MSC Group Stage.

Group Stage: July 3 - 7

  • Sixteen teams are divided into four groups (A to D).
  • All matches are Bo3 in a single round-robin format.
  • The top two teams from each group advance to the Knockout Stage (Playoffs).
  • The remaining teams are eliminated.

Playoffs: July 10 - 14

  • The eight teams compete in a single elimination bracket (no Lower or Upper Bracket).
  • All matches are Bo5, except the Grand Final, which is an exciting best-of-seven series.

With the mantra #SeeTheWorld, MSC 2024 has expanded its reach, embracing more regions than ever to make it the most inclusive MLBB tournament yet. Twenty-three top teams will showcase their skills, but only one will claim the championship title.
